V + 어/라

indicates that the sentence is imperative + informal(impolite). Because the “-라” expression gives you a strong, overbearing feeling, you won't hear it in real life that much, except when your boss or your parents make you do something. Still, it is used a lot in books, famous quotes, wise sayings, and protest pickets
 
어른들에게 인사를 잘 해라
Greet adults properly.
